35. Where transhipment does occur on the high seas:
a. the CCMs responsible for reporting against both the offloading and receiving vessels shall, as appropriate:
iv. provide the Executive Director with a WCPFC Transhipment Declaration within 15 days of completion of each transhipment

Where a CCM (or chartering CCM) has indicated that it has authorized its flagged vessels to engage in high seas transhipment and indicated such authorization in its RFV, the Secretariat confirms that it has received the corresponding WCPFC high seas transhipment declaration in respect of each CCM-authorized vessel in accordance with Annex I of CMM 2009-06 or WCPFC ER Standards for high seas transhipment.
