High Seas purse seine effort limits
25. For 2016, non-SIDS CCMs shall restrict the level of purse seine effort on high seas to the limits indicated in Attachment D.7 The Commission shall review these
limits at its meeting in 2016 and agree on high seas purse seine effort limits to apply after 2016.
