WCPFC5 agreed to adopt the Guidelines for CCMs Part 2 reports (WCPFC5-2008/IP-07, Appendix B) which includes inter alia that CCMs provide in Annual Report Part 2 summary information on measure adopted for regulating activities of vessels flying its flag that fish in the Convention Area.

Article 23 - Obligations of members of the Commission

4. Each member of the Commission shall keep the Commission informed of the measures it has adopted for regulating the activities of fishing vessels flying its flag which fish in the Convention Area. The Commission shall circulate periodically such information to all members.
